In the 1999 fa cup final which Kotoko won 4-2 againt hearts,hearts protested againt the fielding of Joe Debrah by Kotoko as they claimed then that Debrah has received three yellow cards,one in a league match,one in an fa cup match and the other in OGLCA match which was not then even orgarnised by the fa.However,Hearts argued that every cup game was official so cautions can be carried over to the other and the then DC ruled in their favour.This time it's the direct opposite and yet still the bias DC ruled in their favour,what a leaders we have in our country.This is just to refresh reders memory.

Kotoko never filed any case against Bechem United but rather it was against Berekum Chelsea which was initially judged in Kotoko's favour but was overturned when Berekum Chelsea appealed and this one is going to be overturned again after Kotoko file its appeal.

Kotoko won the match on the field despite playing against Hearts and the Referee who awarded Hearts a dubious penalty.

Have you moron heard of GHALCA competition? There is a precedent in 1991 where Hearts filed a case against Kotoko protesting that GHALCA was a gfa sanctioned competition and a Player Kotoko protested against has served his one game suspension by not playing in GHALCA.

Kotoko's match after the three cautions was against Berekum Chelsea. Then followed Ashgold. The regulation disqualifies the player in the immediate match after the three cautions. If Berekum Chelsea after winning 3-0 did not find it necessary to lodge a protest Hearts of Oak, whose match with Kotoko was some four match weeks after the three cautions cannot and must not benefit from what Berekum Chelsea found no reason to pursue. This armed robbery. Kotoko must pursue the court action to stop these NDC thieves in Hearts of Oak and the DC of the FA
