The game of football was not as competitive as it is now. Hearts on the other hand won all their 3 cups in this modern age. Further more when the league became more competitive in the late nineties, Hearts won it six times running, which no club has ever done. To wrap it up the heaviest defeat in a match between Kotoko and Hearts goes against the former, when the latter trashed them by 4 goals to 0. Before I sign off let me quickly add this important point. That confederation cup Hearts won in 2005 stands taller than any cup either of the two clubs has ever won in their history. Because for phobia fans it is the sweetest victory in the history of their darling club. On the other hand it is the most painful defeat in the history of Asante kotoko, hence some of their fans died that day right there on the spot in the stadium. I have nothing against what Kuffuo said. For me he is just a big headed Kotoko fan. What he said is nothing more than what any Kotoko fan would say.

T.P Mazembe has won it before. The Super cup has been won twenty times since instituted in 1994. It is only a one match competition between Africa club cup winners and CAF minnows winner.

Al Ahly won six of its seven Africa cups starting from 2001 to present. There was no better team in Africa than Kotoko during the 20th century We went to five Africa cups finals and got robbed by bad officiating.

Accra Hearts of Oak has never been eliminated in the first round in any organized African cup in the first round so who is better ? Kotoko have never performed any miracle. But for Hearts the miracle of Elwak is in the benchmark of history.

Kufuor must stop this NONSENSE. Even with this argument, Hearts has won a highly competitive games in three different categories on the Africa continent but that Hearts stand tall in this argument.

I was a Real Republican in my early days and hated Kotoko to the core but, immediately my team folded I jumped into the Kotoko frenzy and will kill just to be one. You see, deep down all the way, I knew Kotoko was the greater team but hated to admit it. Greatness to me, is not how many titles you've won but how your competitors feel and envy you. There is no team or player in West Africa that does not know what Kotoko is about. 90% of all the teams aspire to be like Kotoko but, 89% know they can't be and will settle on dreaming about as successful.

Both Hearts of oak and Kotoko are the same in terms of football genius dating back from the days of Addo Odammetey being the greatest central defender in the history of Ghana football who played for Accra hearts of oak and the Republicans, Baba yara was a genius also played for Asante Kotoko and the Republicans, Asabe Boakye who coached me ar Koforidua Golding pods of Cocoa Marketing Board was a product of Kotoko and the likes of Sunday Ibrahim, osei Kofi played for both clubs in his hey days, Abdul Razak whom i duely respect so much played for Kotoko, Muhammad Polo as we all know for being Ghana,s greatest dribbling extraordinary played for Accra Hearts of oak, Mamah Aquah the late, Anas Seidu, Muhammad Nlai asabre and Nketia Yawson all played for ASccra Hearts of Oak. Not forgetting Yaw Sam Robert Mensah, Joe Sam, papa Arko, Asase j, Opoku Afriyie all for Kotoko so in actual fact the two giant clubs are the same to my mind and as a footballer wouldnt put one ahead of the other but am sure Mr Kufuor said that in support of his club and i respect that but in real terms both clubs are the same which the reverend Osei Kofi if asked will come out with the same views. Both clubs have had some great players on and off and continue to do so time and time and again Bravo the two clubs will always be the greatest of all time.
