Ghana's over concentration on football and unneccessary celebrations of mediocracy is what accounts for the poor and abysmal perfomances in other sports. This is a game that brought along with it only one medal like any other but in Ghana it's singled out for celebration as though Ghana has won the entire tournament. AAG is a tournament many serious African countries were initially reluctant sending their best sportsmen and women so, what should be the reasons behind Ghana's unneccessary overcelebration of a single sport.
