  this Kotoka CEO business has been try and error for a long time.even Herbert Mensah who brought professionalismm to the club was outsted.What to my opinion Kotoko needs is someone with good professional football administration/management experience to manage the club if even he is nota fan of the club not necessarily someone who has afiliation with the club.ones he is capable. Most european clubs acquired the services of professional to manage their club.
