You sound more frustrated than the players themselves. Why $100,000 from a shipping company but not the government or a sports club?
Maybe the embassy thinks the players maybe use as a drug courier by McDan shipping company.
We're encouraging private enterprise to sponsor events and training.
Government can't do everything, or it will always be broke.

Apparently, the Spanish embassy remembers what the so-called Ghanaian sports fans (sponsored by the government) did in Brazil. Don't expect any embassy to fully trust Ghanaians.
They could train any where beside Spain..ghanaians need to learn about what Americans call plan b. When one door is close many more are open try visa for this teams training in another country...unless u have special interest ...

Why can we use the $100,000.00 to build our own facility in Ghana if we can't get visas to send our players abroad for advance training? Can we appeal to the sponsor to allow the funding to be used to build a facility?

$100000.00 x 3.8 cedis equal to what ever.It CAN BUILD a modern training center for today and next generation Tennis players. If you have for REAL $100,000.00 don,t spend it on 4 people but for all.
