  I do not simply understand how we blacks think.iam not excluding myself.why do we depend too much on whites when we can do most of the simple things ourselves?Kotoko has been in existence for years so if we haven't instituted systems whereby we can train local coaches here in Ghana then where are we heading towards?of course we got to depend on the white people as we can't build our own ship,train,aeroplanes etc.how many whites do come to Africa to study these simple things?Ghana has been so dependent that she is importing anything to the extent of begging 10th grade coaches from serbia to handle our national and local teams.
