  Merely building a stadium every 10 years is not the answer. Issues like match fixing, bad refereeing, corruption at GFA, poor state of existing stadia, managerial incompetence, conflict of interest (club owners sitting on the FAs management boards), players poor salaries etc etc.
  With regard to the stadia, green grass all year round is non-negotiable especially in a tropical country. All the grass needs to grow is water & sunlight. Why therefore are our fields barren. Look at the Kumasi field . It is only a little better than the Rwandan pitch. Accra is equally bad. OH AFRICA

  You have to make a program for all the games and make the premier league that is televised a pay per view but it should be just a token and make the European league also a pay per view but a higher price. Reduce gate fees and play all games on Sundays. This will allow injured players to heal faster and that will help the league.
