Let's even assume Kotoko should lose points for fielding an unqualified Player. The rules states that a team should lose the next official match with three points and three goals.

Kotoko next official match was against Berekum Chelsea. Chelsea beat Kotoko so it didn't file. The nex team was Ashgold. If Ashgold would have continued and won its case against Kotoko, Hearts protest would have become null and void and Hearts would have probably relegated.

But for the first time, I think the man Mr. Samuel Opoku Nti was sleeping on the job. Unless he is a visionary lawyer, I believe he doesn't know what he is talking about.
