The wheels begun to fall off his pride immediately after the defeat by his arch-nemesis Arsene Wenger of Arsenal earlier this year. Then he makes much noise about nothing as defeat follows defeat. He may rise again but may not win the cup this year. At one time he rudely blamed a game's outcome on the medical staff who rushed in to attend a fallen player of the opposite team.

Mourinho , shamest thou, how can you do this to Baba, a flowering player of the Republic. Why spend so much money to buy him and then place Baba on the shelve just to gather dust.His debut game was good and he exhibited excellent soccer skills. Yet the coach claims otherwise. Just like Atsu, Baba must run away from this egomaniac to a team that wants him. Baba's fate will not be better than that of Romelu Lukaku. Is a defense player with a broken leg or an untested defense player better than Baba? Maybe not.

Baba is not a senior player in the team. How then could he lead a revolt against the coach. He should however watch what he says and with whom he walks. He must be wise and call his agent immediately.

Far from Arsenal , Baba shall run to a team that loves his skills and where Mourinho shall never make him a scapegoat again.

They need to re-motivated to coordinate efforts better and play to their individual talents. They lack cohesive team-work, and that is hurting their individual output as well.

It's not about mutiny in the Chelsea squad. Why should Jose Mourinho gather all of Europe's promising starts to Chelsea only for them to rot; is he the only manager in the world? If indeed he's best manager, he won't make such a crazy move, by buying all the players out there only to tell some of them that they're not good enough to play for Chelsea. He sees players as machines or horses who he can use and dump once they're drained. His coaching methods are obsolete and that's why he seem to be getting poor results in the current league. He should consider resigning from his post so a better man could take over. There's no need to rope in Ghana's rising star, Baba Rahman in his failures. At least he should loan him to another club for him to prove himself. Rahman should have stayed in Germany. Sometimes it's not about the money; playing for quality is most important. Chelsea isn't the best club in the world.
