  Baba is at his best when he makes darting runs down the left and deliver telling crosses to the attackers. He did that very well in Germany with both Gerthuge and Ausburg and does so for the Black Stars as well. In fact his instinct is always to join in the attack to help the forwards. But Chelsea's style of play seems to be different. The full backs rarely move up and join the attackers. And the wingers rarely drop back to help the full backs. In fact they don't depend too much on crosses as other teams. Their approach is direct, feeding the attackers down the middle relying mostly on Fabregas' Oscar and Ramirez's defence splitting passes. Baba was very lucky on Saturday as Pedro playing on the left came to help him out especially in the second half unlike Hazard. Yes Baba has to adapt but if I was Mourinho, I will vary Chelsea's style from time to time and make use of the young full back's strength of darting forward to receive passes and then delivering killer crosses. Good Luck to you Baba by the Grace of Allah you will soon be riding high in the EPL, and the Champions League.
