  Polo is absolutely right about the appointment of an assistant coach before the head coach is hired. With this kind of decision by Hearts, it is not surprising that the team is in shambles. They have made the hiring of a good coach virtually impossible. No head coach will want to be in a position where he cannot hire his assistant, because one has been forced down on him by management. The football club needs to be run like a professional entity and not like a mom-and-pop business.

  Polo is right. The Coach who is ultimately responsible for team tactics, performance and outcomes, should choose his assistant. He should also have a hand in choosing his technical staff.

  Yeah you are right Tom and Klinsman let's make Yaw Preko the head coach. He's young and energetic and understand the culture of the league and can control the attitude of players because he's disciplined during his playing days that's why he played in all tiers of the national team and has exhibited well in the rainbow uniform. That's a good package to relate to the current players and the rookies so let's give the head coaching job to the veteran Yaw Preko.
