  Ghanaians are their own worse enemy. Hearts of Oak saw it fit to hire an inexperienced coach to guide the team and won't even give Polo a second look. Polo, who coached the team to a third place finish in the league, has more coaching experience than Kenichi. Was he hired because he is a foreigner?
