Yet they are the primary beneficiary of cash receipts associated with the national team.

They may be using the grounds in other areas of the Stadium like the tennis courts or the tracks, but primarily, the pitch is used for football, and that is the issue at stake. It's not being taken care of coz the football governing bodies are rather lining their pockets with the cash.
