  Hearts is a big club in Africa and should not be in this situation. Can't Tobe inject just $250,000 in the club to recruit and pay the Players salaries?

  Just because you have money does not mean that you continue to feed every lost cause with money. Maybe he has previously 'injected' such amounts of money into the club without any returns.

  Just where does the Vice-President of Ghana who works for the people and is paid in Cedis come by $100,000.00 of free floating cash to 'inject' into a football club? This means he has more where that money comes from!
  
  It is only in Africa that a Government official can actually say he was paid for 5 years and did not spend a penny of his salary, even though he has no other source of income. Is that really possible?

  Then of course, this is Ghana. All public funds end up in someone's pocket!
