  This guy has been there for only a season and you can see the energy he takes to his team.I will really like to see how this he trains and prepare.I hope he starts taking side courses to be a coach after he retires many many many years from now.All the same if he starts now he can stretch it out so that he doesn't take away from his field duties.All the best.
