  Dreams FC led that league for 29 weeks out of the 30 weeks! That was total domination by one team and they deserve their qualification! There is no proof that they assisted that player in his fraudulent acts and the time period for appeal against player registrations has long expired before Tema Youth appealed. So the player has been sanctioned!
