He is no coach, but a "yes man" to the de-facto "coach" Nyantakyi, who told him who to select to play for Ghana. He nearly destroyed Dede and Jordan because of a long-standing grudge against their father at the expense of the national team. He also couldn't handle the foreign-based players and they made him cry.

Now, look at Dede and Jordan. Appiah is not cut to be a national coach. Maybe, he should stay in Sudan or come back to coach Kotoko where you belong.

He makes the Black Star look better each time he plays because he moves the ball better with his direct play and dribbling skills. Yes Atsu is exciting to watchbut but not purposeful yet... thus not effective. ... in the modern game ... too many touches that get no where is does not make you a hot player. Jordan's style makes a lot of managers pay attention..... He is adding defensive responsibilities as well. ,,, so come again sir.
By the way Atsu and Jordan are the most gifted players in the BS... only Atsu want to be Messi. It may have worked in Holland but here in the UK ,he needs to change the approach bcos they won't let him play his game. Even Messi will change his game in the EPL to be efficient. I Really want these two to be right there at top in world football. Yes Dede, Gyan, Wakaso need mentioning , the difference is they are very intelligent players and will always be good. They are adoptable.....
