  The coach has contempt for Ghanaians. It is unbelievable he is able to get away with this, without even a word from GFA. Some quarters of Ghanaians are too stupid to realize the coach is on a perpetual vacation abroad because of his prolonged absence from Ghana. In Europe for example, he doesn't have to travel all over the place, as he can view tapes of his players from the comfort of his own house, something he cannot do in Ghana.Technology has made it easier to scout foreign-based players than to follow local-based players. The GFA should share the blame for the coach's prolonged absence from Ghana.

  Polo, Polo, in fact you are nothing but a frustrated ex- coach. Leave Grant alone. There is an assistant coach,Kunadu who can do that job. He is a local coach, and can do a better job in this area. Find yourself a job as a coach for a third division team, to ease the financial pressure on you. You seem to critisize almost everybody, and you are no better. Even Hearts of Oak had to sack you for your poor performance.
