THE CLUBS MUST ALSO HIRE MEDIA, MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS PERSONNEL FOR THEIR CLUBS...

  the gfa must implement these rules and make sure that there is clear oversight that makes sure that clubs that fail to follow these guidelines are fines, or made to lose pts. gfa admin must lay down the rules and follow the rules religiously without fear or favor. if they do this, the issue of implementation will be addressed. bcos it seems like the rules and modus operanda is there but following them/implementation is the problem
