  I like Afrane because this is a very "fine" man. As a young man he would organise communal labour and organise children to play in a local soccer league. He was very humble, approachable by young and old. He is known for his discipline and honesty. May God bless this man for choosing children ahead of personal wealth.

  Tweaa! People who really know this man would tell you that you are a wicked liar. He would never do such a thing, he is a born leader. Look at his name, he belongs to that line of kings, but he is humble and not interested in such things. Put him under the microscope and you would find nothing negative about him. He is a noble man, a fine gentle man and a natural leader. I respect him for his ability to make sacrifices for children.

  Coach Afranie you are right on the money!!. Why is that our junior football status have fallen below par? Ghana has failed both in its U-20 world cup attempts. Our football is dying very slowly because there are no good and dedicated players enough to replace the senior team. As for the Black Satellites, they are a hopeless bunch of players. No dedication and hard work. They want the BIB BUCKS, but do not want to work hard for it. If our Colt Football is not rejuvenated, then we are bound to a big failure. Countries like Mali, Nigeria, Guinea, etc. are doing very well and the results are showing- they are on the world scenes. Some of those young Ghanaian players think it is only a matter of kicking the football without any hard training and a little bit of brainwork.

  It is true that moving to a wrong team can hamper a player's carrier. However, a 20-year old has time to recover as long as he is really talented and hardworking. Is there such thing as wrong team for a Ghanaian soccer player anyway? I don't think so because it all depends on the opportunity available and timing. Let's say a player plays for Kotoko and makes $50K a year. An European team offers $200K. It is an easy decision for the player to take $200K and the opportunity to play in Europe with the hope to move up. If a player goes to Europe and he is exceptional the big clubs will find him, he will be known and he will play for the Black Stars. So it is a matter of time as long the player is really talented, hardworking and doesn't give up.
