  I can only compare his performance to AA, the local coach who qualified the team "Brazil 2014." So far as I'm concerned, he has not been able to make the team stronger, infact it is weaker and with the present squad it would be very difficult to qualify for Russia 2018.

  Mr Grant, you are an excellent Coach. For taken us to the finals of the afcon within few months of your appointment is a conclusive proof of your competency as a coach. I remember how under the reign of Mr Akwasi Appiah we were completely outplayed by Burkina Faso during the afcon semi-finals in South Africa. The Ref. did all he could to help us beat Burkina Faso, but Mr Appiah just did not have the technical know how to guide the team accordingly. I saw your team during the afcon, they were set up properly, your subs showed your quality. You took the team after the Brazil disgrace under the leadership of Akwasi Appiah and yet you motivated them to achieve the feat they achieved. Bravo, you are one of the best. You have not been fortunate, otherwise your cv would have read like that of Mourinho.

  His qualities are meaningless to us. His performance so far is sub-par.
  
  I pray for the day he leaves, lest we risk destroying the fabric of the Ghana Black Stars.
  
  He has failed to reconcile the veteran players and the leadership of the GFA. He has failed to unify the veterans, and the young players.
  He has taken the easy way out: playing just the young players.
  
  We have therefore foolishly departed from our characteristic style of power and speed, -- the style of play that won us the admiration of the world.
  
  Watching the national team these days is like sitting on a bunch of thorns.
  
  He is not helping us. We would be better off without his qualities.
  
  May Lord Almighty continue to bless our beloved Great Ghana: Amen!!!
