This is the stupidest request I have ever heard, coming from a head of a professional association. Bootball, indeed sports generally in today's world, is business. We must therefore stop government interference in all aspect business activities. The GFA and the clubs should be in the position of supporting their activities as business entities.

There is money to be made in European Championship league by qualifying alone team receive money. Government should support but when it come to accountability you will go to Fifa.

Why can't the Clubs stand on their own two feet?They should explore innovative ways of raising money and the GFA should be taking the lead to ensure they are self sufficient and then,perhaps,it might rub off Ghanaian Clubs in both the domestic league and in Africa.
