The sole reason for players leaving is the se reason ordinary Ghanaians are leaving the country by road to places like Vietnam and 5hailand to work as gutter and toilet cleaners. No money in no jobs in the country. The players are leaving because theyre not being paid well. U expect avram gra t to help sole the problem by giving them his money

  no gh player in gh can be sold overseas until they have played in gpl for at least 3 yrs. grant cant do nothing. gfa must put this in law to curb player exodus. gfa must also ensure that agree to pay players a wage minimum

  Not until you pay players at least 6oo GHC per month as starting pay all of them will go. This country is full of criminals and corrupt officials. It is no wonder everybody wants to go.

  How do you encourage fans to visit the stadia to watch games if there are no players in the local leagues who are deemed fit to play in the Black Stars?What made the former leagues attractive to watch was there were so many players in theses teams who were playing regularly in the Black Stars, and therefore gave fans the impetus to throng the stadia for games.The Premier and the other leagues are sttractive because they have quality players and the standard is high.How come the best African player in the recent CAF competition did not even features in his team abroad? Do we develop our players before allowing them to leave the shores of Ghana?Players in our time would make you come to the stadium to watch them play.It's a sad spectacle these days of half-baked players,and the coach does not consider it necessary to unearth talent but rather select those from abroad.GFA needs to appoint Ghanaian coaches and give them the mandate and condition to give quotas to Ghanaian players in the Black Stars.We need to locate,develop and encourage local players to play in the Black Stars.
