Wcup 2006 we had so many local based players and ghana still made it to quarter final. Infact, our best performance ever at a wcup. So until we Institute a quota system for 4 or 5 local based players to be added to each bstar squad. Forget it...no local players will see bstar jerseys even if the score 100goals per season....even brasil includes local based players in their national team and they export the most soccer players worldwide

What's up with that? WC 2006 was in Germany. Ghana only made it pass the group stage. The team had only 4 local based players. That was our debut in the WC. The whole world then started chasing our players with money. It's gotten to the point that our 30 players at a given time are always outside Ghana. Every player, except the ones born or raise outside Ghana, was once a local player you know. A very good local player don't remain local for too long. So what is the point in reserving slots for local based players?

No serious coach will shut the door completely. We all know Grant prefers to spend his time abroad where he can take care of his personal business. He would be the last foreign coach because he would be shown the exit door after failing to qualify the team for Russia 2018. AA or Konadu would take over and excel and the rest would be history. We are making our own cars, there is nothing we can't do for ourselves.
