The leadership of the Ghana Black Stars cannot refute this fact. He is even more critical to the success of the Black Stars than Mr. Avram Grant.

It's ludicrous to hire an expensive foreign coach, and banish the very players we need to succeed. Instead of using the leverage of player-selection to bring back the veteran players, he is rather running around the globe plucking every player with Ghanaian heritage.

He is completely lost. He is just going through the motions.

A piece of advice for him, and the people who hired him: Ghana will never beat any of the West African countries again until they come to grip with the advantage we had over them. That advantage does not lie in the numerous Ghanaian players that are scattered around the world.

The advantage is simply that: the nucleus of the Ghana Black Stars had always consisted of players who were familiar with each others style of play. Because, before turning pro, and going to play abroad; they first played together in the Ghana Premiere League, U17, and U20. Unlike Ivory Coast, and the other West African countries, we did not have a lot of big name players, but we had a team. As a result of this advantage, we were always able to beat them, -- even with their many big name players.

Mr. Avram Grant, -- with all his experience -- has not yet figured out this. He is managing the Black Stars as though it were a club, where the players train together daily, -- all year round.

He therefore keeps plucking players from all over the place, without any form of strategy; and expect them to succeed playing together as a team. None of the incompetent people who hired him has the brains, and the courage to steer him in the right direction.

How unwise are we conducting the people's business!

Managing the Ghana Black Stars is a serious business. Because there's no unifying force in Ghanaian culture like the Ghana Black Stars.

I consider wasting the taxpayers' money with this kind of mismanagement a form of corruption. It is not acceptable. Mr. Nyantakyi, and his associates have the responsibility of teaching the coach the winning ways of the Ghana Black Stars. It's not a guess work. It's strategic. It starts with strategic player-selection.

May Lord Almighty continue to bless our beloved Great Ghana: Amen!!!
