You can sack him but whoever you bring as the new coach won't do much better. Hearts will not win the league or the FA cup. The problems at Hearts is not bad coaching but bad management. Vicente Sowah has managed Hearts before and what significant did he achieved? Nothing lam afraid to say. What Hearts need at the moment in stability and patience of fans in particular. Alex Fegusrson of Man United was given more time to build his team. Infact more than two years before he started wining trophies. Even Hearts under the leadership of Harry didnt win trophies until he settled into Hearts and find his feet. Hearts directors and management should learn from this.

Duncan was the best coach for Hearts, even though he was talking too much, he could have been advised and given at least a year to prove himself. Good coaches are just not around. Just like players, but we have to make do with what we have now. These average players are chasing money all over the globe like no one's business from China to Azarbajan. The glory days of Phobia are still some years away.
