Just because of money you allow this small boy spoil your names as persons and institution. we are leaning that the techiman city CEO bribed the Appeal Committee members with 2 million ghana cedis to dragging the matter. we have thier names, tape recording of that. and at the appropriate time the cat will be let out of the bag. Do the right thing you still have some weeks to make amendments. ''A word to the wise is enough ''
