  As professionals, the police are known to be the most corrupt institution just like the political elite. How many police personnel can ever boast of never accepting a bribe, directly or indirectly? None. The police accepting bribes has become a normality. It is no longer wrong. Quite acceptable. That institution needs a total revamping immediately. They should bow down in shame. Bribery is calculated as part of their regular salary.
