  it was unfortunate when gerald took the most appropriate decision, saban quickly created the impression gerald has a bone to pick with him, therefore gave him a bad name and hanged him.
  i have remained convinced that the singular reason why polo & hebert did not carry hearts to where they could was because hearts decided to constitute the technical bench before apointing the head coaches. secondly, hearts of late late has been appointing coaches on national assignment who had national assignment. when you do that they see themselves as larger than thou so knowingly or unknowingly undermine or look down on the head coach. saban for instance acts and talk like he is the head coach. the first step to take is to let saban go, secondly let nasamu go, then thirdly preko should show fire in his stomach for wanting to handle the hearts job or otherwise let hearts bring blooded ex hearts playewrs like ablade kumah, to do the assistant job.
