From time immemorial, these Kumasi players have been playing "wo nkye nni" on stony pitches like Abbey's Park and Asem. Anyone who has taken part in such games before, including Opoku Nti, Sarfo Gyamfi Michael Osei, Anthony Yeboah and Osei Kuffour (I watched them play during their time) should be in a position to advice them on the dangers of these actions.
