Appiah needs more courses to beef up his knowledge of modern football.He needs no attachment but rather real training update of his coaching knowledge and this he can only get if he takes a full-time coaching upgrade course!That is the problem with our local coaches! Only a couple of them take the chance to always upgrade their coaching badges.The rest are satisfied with the minor badges that they have because even the GFA stakeholders have no idea about what football coaching is all about!

Not having coaching ideas cost. A coach without any game plan cannot be a coach of real team. A coach who cannot answer questions about football tactics has no business in football.
