It looks like Grant is disillusioned and may not be happy in his role as Black Stars coach. Perhaps he underestimated the challenges involved in managing an African team like Ghana. I think it will helpful if the holds a "crisis meeting" with him when he returns to Ghana to establish if he wants to continue his role by complying with his contractual obligations. If not then there could be a mutually acceptance to part ways.

I do not think it Ghana if England coach is spending more time in Spain than England nor note watching EPL games people would be up in arms too. I said it before and I am saying it now Brazil has more players playing in Europe but Brazilian coach did not spend all his time in Europe.
Like the Good book says in Habakkuk 2:2 And the LORD answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.

What I suspect may be true or false and that is the constant light offs, which made him uncomfortable to stay in Ghana since it was unbearable for a foreiner who is not used to stay in such environment, but now that the situation is reported to have been corrected,I donot see why mr Avram should stay away in far away UK and conduct his training exercises with the Ghanaian local players and the adventurous ones all over the plannet earth, when the need arises. He must make up his mind either to honour his contract with GFA or call it a day to avoid unprofitable circumstances that might occur between the two partners and see to offset any monetary defferences remained with Ghana to enable the authorities look round for someone to replace him.

Hmmmm GFA and all Ghanaians should shut up and let our foreign coach do what he thinks, feels and prefer is right for the national team. We can force the man to come and live at Kotoka to observe the local league but his mind may be still wandering at overseas players, how about that. The GFA wanted to use his credential abilities to influence & re-structure our dysfunctional local league, but hey, we have to do our home work well before we step out side for help.
To my personal opinion, coach Grant should be let alone to enable him to concentrate on our qualification for Afcon and 2018 and if he fails then we can open our damn mouth!
We knew what we went for in advance.
Haaa daffing time is over!

They only come out to "order" him back when the media presses them.
Nyantakyi never gave Akwasi Appiah a 1-day vacation abroad.
Konadu has not had one yet, but Grant can stay as long as he wants without reproach. Same with then-coach Plavi.
Blatter is gone, but Nyantacus is still there "starving himself on $600" per month.
If Blatter is gone, why can't Nyantakyi?

You are right but you are trying to be political correct say it as it is Akwasi Appiah and Konadu are Ghanaians and by that act they are measured with certain standard. Grant and Plavi are not. The interesting thing is who of the reason used to get rid Plavi was he was not staying in Ghana. Common sense would tell us that GFA would have something in Grant contact. GFA said Grant would be organizing coach classes for local coaches and so if there nothing to do at all he should doing that.
I can say that maybe they have in his contract that he can stay outside Ghana as much as he wanted if this is not the case I challenge Kwesi Nyantakyi to make his contract public. They are not telling us how they are pay the guy.

Since Nyantacus makes only $600 a month, I'm sure he pays Grant only $50 a month. That's why he stays so long long in England so he can get something to eat.

Grant's stay in Europe most of the time, is nothing unusual. Almost all the Black Stars players ply their trade in Europe hence staying in Europe helps him to properly monitor them. He is first and foremost, the Black Stars coach and by his reputation, it is possible for him to directly interact with the coaches of the various clubs our players are playing in Europe. Let us therefore judge him by the performance of the Black Stars.

Mr Avram Grant undoubtedly knows his way around football management, so he knows the weaknesses of the GFA chief Executive members. Having got the job of managing the Black Stars of Ghana, the national team - he sees no reason to be tied down by the GFA, to live in Ghana when he is not needed to coach the national side. Now Mr grant is not a fool he knows which side of his morning toast is to be buttered - ironically this is the part of the game that Mr Kwasi Nyantakyi and his minions of GFA do not understand, they quickly got rid of Mr Kwasi Appiah, just because he was innocently too tame for them and took advantage of his loyalty to GFA and Ghanaian football enthusiasts. So now what is GFA going to do about the never ending absenteeism of Mr A Grant from the shores of Ghana when he is not required to coach the national side? Is Mr Grant any better than his predecessor Mr Kwasi Appiah, the former Ghana-born coach of the Black Stars?

Avram Grant should donate his faeces to Nyantakyi's wife to be used for soup. If there is corruption and kickbacks in Avram Grant's contract, then Ghana will never win a cup under this criminal nonsense.

The world of football has changed !! There are unbelievable number of Ghanaian footballers abroad now. The Ghana league is not among the strongest in the world. Former coach Appiah hardly used any home based players. We used to just forget about good players when they left Ghana, such as Nketia Yawson, Simons Awuah etc. and some people want to continue that trend. Coach Konadu is monitoring the home based players, moreover unlike most french speaking African countries whose players abroad only play in few countries, our players are scattered all over the world.
It looks like Grant is disillusioned and may not be happy in his role as Black Stars coach. Perhaps he underestimated the challenges involved in managing an African team like Ghana. I think it will helpful if ...
