The head coach want a substitution n refuse him bcuz u tink u are de technical director with authority. Only in ghana. Villagers. Where on earth will dis happen.

I was at the stadium and didn't understand what was going on. Such things shouldn't be encouraged in our football since it has the tendency to lead to player disrespect for the coach.

If adotey says he is the technical director and for that matter can take decisions at any time,then what is the duty of the coach.then there is no need teams go in for coaches.
