That is going to be a vicious situation. Those groups are going to be really tough and that is when we will discover who Grant really is. Gyan will not be able to save him. As we look at the rankings now it is possible to have a WC qualifying group that is Ghana, Senegal, Nigeria, Zambia. Another possibility is Ghana, Cameroon, Mali, Zambia. There are many more combinations that are real possibilities. Has Grant shown us that he can make some daring personnel decisions for this upcoming battle?

We treat all of our national coaches poorly, and it's shame to see what people say when we don't win every match. Or if we win, it wasn't good enough. If that be the case, why don't one of you naysayers apply to be the head coach of the national team. Grants record is impressive, especially the circumstances he walked into. Goodness, these players are in the middle of their season, and have to train and fly all over the continent for two games, give them a break, they didn't loose. We need to be better as fans and be more supportive and look at the big picture which is afcon 2017 and Russia 2018.
