Good conditioning has helped South African clubs in Africa recently ...

Good conditioning has helped South African clubs in Africa recently even though talent level is still low. I watched Mamelodi Sundowns vs AC Leopards of Congo and Sundowns won that match due to superior fitness even though Leopards had players like Winston Kalengo.
Orlando Pirates beat many more talented teams to the continental finals the last two seasons because the players clearly had better fitness than the other teams.
If teams like Aduana, AshGold and Medeama can be as fit as Hearts then Ghanaian teams will be scary in Africa.
