Hearts is the most difficult place to work as a coach and a player. When you go to Kotoko they are not like that to their players and coaches.Their fans and management treat the players and coaches like little kings.On our side it is completely the opposite.The moment you start working at Hearts the clock is started against you and all efforts go to undermine and destroy you.This must stop if we are ever going to achieve anything anymore! !!!

He is not an experienced Coach. This guy was coaching juvenile soccer, under seventeen year olds recreational soccer.

He benefitted from Hearts initial soft schedule, won four out of five league matches and started behaving like Jose Mourhino demanding total control of the team, salary increase from $2000 to $5000 and couldn't keep his mouth shut.

Let's see the position of Hearts after fifteen matches and judge if this guy is a real Coach or just a talker.

We need to be sensitive to some of the comments towards the coach. The guy has done nothing wrong at all. The coach was hired under a very tough condition, he has managed to get the playing body out of the doomed era, management need to act professionally and treat both the coaching and the playing body with care and stop the nonsense that has caused lots of headaches. Again, if they fire this coach they should be prepared to pay the ultimate price.
