  The stadium was financed and built by the Chinese without even a cent being contributed by Ghana. Given that the country did not finance the stadium's construction, can the authorities in charge of the stadium maintain it and not let it fall into a state of disrepair? In order not to fall into the trap of letting buildings and structures rot without proper maintenance, the authorities should provide a yearly budget for the stadium to ensure its periodic repairs.
