The coach needs a very good tactician as his assistance, or better still he could be made to work under one, like Oko Aryee. Hearts current problem is lack of thinkers on the bench to read games and make the necessary changes ...

He reminds me of Nana Benyi Crenstil,with him in Hearts post, kotoko was always assured of victory over Hearts.

Hearts lost consistency since the Wa All Stars game when Kenichi decided, for no apparent reason, not to cooperate with management, not to attend match review meetings, and not to submit match reports. In short, he decided not to be accountable to anybody but himself. Hearts' brief stay on top had gotten into his head, and he failed to appreciate that the initial success was the result of collective effort. It's time for him to go.
