  I agree with Paintsil hundred percent. It is such a shame that in africa rather than share the national pie so all will get some, a few politicians and big men take all the money and take everyone else for a fool. Pay people from all walks of life well; run our country properly so all benefit rather than chastising some for earning more than others.I dont know if the money paid as bonus is too high or not but i believe that people who put themselves on the line for the nation must be given their fair share of the national pie or else watch stupid politicians and big men steal it all

  GFA according to FIFA directives, is an independent and autonomous body which is self funding through proceeds from FIFA sponsored programs. Why doesn't GFA fund the bonus payments from the proceeds they receive from FIFA. The Black Stars also receives sponsorship from various corporations. Some of that money can be used to fund bonuses. Why does government have to pay bonuses and take us through this charade after every tournament?

  Was this 'journeyman- player', who has become a bench-warmer for the SA Club he plays for, not heard making 'noises' about a come back with the Black Stars? He and his Agent, should explore better ways of putting more money into his pocket, than this silly and fruitless campaign he has embarked on.
  Let's face it, this guy was never a Stephen Appiah or a Michael Essien, during his playing days!
