The white race have corrupt leaders but the leaders will at least provide the citizens with basic necessities.The black citizens on the other hand will misuse every public facility built by the government.The black Americans here a killing each other like flies over girls,drugs and other stupid things.I live close to a university by name "Temple" and anytime I drive through the school all I see is Asians and whites.But believe it or not the majority of people here in Philadelphia are blacks.
