So many club management bull shits would've stopped. You lose 4 matches and heeeeeee he's not good, sack him. And when they sack the coach he gets nothing back but not David Duncan. You fire him, you pay the difference entitled him to cover the entire contract. Doesn't breach contracts. He deserves this award and I pray the other local coaches will be bold enough to follow suit.
