You this management better sit, learn and do things the right way. You go to meetings for 3hrs talking about what? You want to go to the dressing room to talk to players during match recess for what? Are you guys coaches? You guys want to buy players for the club without consulting the coach? This is 2016, bury your pride and be aligned with the modern trend of club management.
