  Nowadays, there is no easy team anywhere, period. The Black Stars do well and play better if they camp for a longer period of time. That's why Ghana does better in tournaments. Proper planning and a longer period of camping will prepare the team well. These one or two days of camping and preparation for matches are not helpful. Our players are selected from over eight different league systems all over the world. Each of these leagues have a different coach and system. That's why it is necessary they camp together for a longer period of time to get used to each other's play. Their inability to camp together for long periods of time is the reason why the coaches keeps using the same set of players for matches. There are other good players called to camp but the coaches are unable to access their standard properly. To prevent any mishaps the coaches are cautious and resort to using the same players they know over and over again for matches. Long periods in camp to access old and new players, and for the players to familiarize themselves with each other will help. Ghana is not alone in this. Some African teams that have most of their international players spread all over Europe especially Nigeria, have the same problem too. They have good individual players who don't blend as a team. I hope we'll do something about this problem, and with God on our side we'll qualify. Thanks for the space.

  A determined Black Stars can beat any team on the face of the African continent. I am not underrating any team though, I just have that strong conviction.

  Black Stars need to be disciplined and quick in thinking rather than being very lazy in decision making, unpredictable and too complacent.
  
  Black Stars take too much time to be awake in starting a game. Unless there's imminent danger, they don't know how to be responsible.

  Just need to put our house in order where the black stars are concerned. Once that is done I believe we have the material to deliver right to the end. No use to qualify only to shoot ourselves in the foot/ during the finals ...
