I think he should at least stay till the Christmas transfer window, because he along with the rest of the team had a part in their relegation. He should take ownership for his own under performance and learn from this experie ...

I think he should at least stay till the Christmas transfer window, because he along with the rest of the team had a part in their relegation. He should take ownership for his own under performance and learn from this experience to become a better player. If by Christmas there is any doubt Villa can get promoted on first attempt, then he can look for a move in the mid season transfer window. Doing that he would earn my respect, and I don't think it would hurt his career or bank balance too much in the process. If Villa do get promoted he will become a fan favorite and have leverage with the club for a big wage increase or even a move to a top 5 club based on his performances getting Villa promoted.

He should leave as soon as he gets an offer even if it's outside Europe because the very moment he goes down there his value decreases and it might be difficult to even come atop again no matter how well he plays there
