His apology may be accepted if he has sincerely expressed it. However, his invitation to join the national football team cannot be automatic. He must earn it like any other footballer. I think he is a spent force. He has lost his speed and stamina and has now has the tendency to commit unnecessary fouls. He has done his bit. Let us say thank you to him and give the young ones the chance to serve.
We must not force the hand of Avram Grant anf GFA on this issue.
