Furthermore, about a fifth of them are black or "negro" (a NON-derogatory word they use to refer to people of color, including those of them of African descent or Afro-Mexicans.

What makes you think Mexicans hate blacks? Is it because of turf wars between Black and Latino gangs in prison or inner cities?
