  Ministries are responsible for policy formulation and implementation that lead to development. Operational issues, that include promotion, belong to the agencies under the Ministries. In the case of sports, the GFA is just one of such agencies under the Ministry. It is weird for their operational issues to be routed through the Ministry. The statement seems to be covertly taking over the activities of the GFA or at least interfering with the operational responsibilities of the GFA. That is not the way for the Ministry to develop sports in this country.The Ministry Of Sports should concentrate on its core responsibility, ie, policy and development and allow the Sports Associations to concentrate on theirs, ie, operational issues. That is what is called division of labour that breeds efficiency in modern societies.

  Nonsense, so when it comes to appearance fees they will take care of that themselves too. right? If you are under somebody you have to let them know what you are doing by copying them on your communications etc

  Ghanaians r ignorant and talk too much.u always make wild allegations with nothing to prove.The fifa law is there and the same law other nations are using and nothing wrong.the govt is onlying interested in the finance aspect which is clear in the world cup commissions report.one thing that surprised me we the fact that members of the committee were ignorant of fifa law and bias.sparing govt officials.patapa will not solve the problem.
