  Why is it that people don't consider salary when they comment of where players should choose to play? Why should a player not accept a pay raise and the related challenge? When a team offers more money for a player it means the team wants the player to play for them. It's up to the player to perform and keep a starting position on the team. We have all seem how unprepared Baba has been at Chelsea. He's gotten the opportunity to play but hasn't taken it, completely opposite of Michael Essien. Well, Baba should accept failure and go back to Germany if that's what he wants.
