It is sad how we mistreat our own. Appiah was so dedicated to his job and was doing well but in our usual love for everything foreign, we dumped him and treated him so badly. We were not even paying him well.

Favoritism (Adomah'a selection), Incompetence & Technical DISability (playing his weaker team first so that when the opposition is tired, he will bring on his stronger team) - Where On Earth Will Any SANE Coach Use This approach; lndecision (Letting Players Decide For Him Who Should Play In A game) eg John boye preferring Dauda to Kwarassey because boye, an illiterate cannot communicate with Kwarassey.

Am happy for him. I was so upset when the GFA took his job away. I think we were unfair to him. Appiah is a very calm and humble person who went about his job with fairness to all. Besides, he was effective on the job.
