  What about Michael Essien? These other players are just not ready for the clubs they joined. The Ayews went to the right clubs and therefore playing and performing. Baba has been lucky to have playing time at Chelsea but he just hasn't performed. Some Ghanaians don't realize that many of our players are average. The EPL clubs, the top ones especially, aren't for average players you know. They will splash the money but you have to perform. Wakaso hasn't been in the EPL by the way. It's also good for our players to accept bigger challenges. They may fail but get back up and be better players. They also get paid well in the process so it's no problem at all.
